One county, many climates.
Coconino County runs from open grassland around Valle at about 6,000 feet to the ponderosa forest at Parks and Flagstaff at about 7,000. Homes on APS in town, forest acreage with wells, and off-grid parcels miles from the nearest line each need a different plan, and we build each one for its own winter.
